Ways to regain the sense of taste and Smell after covid
Sesame oil: Sesame oil is used in many medicines in Ayurvedic medicine. It helps in improving the digestive system and strengthens the body. According to Dr Kohli, to regain the ability to taste and smell, put a drop of sesame oil in each nostril every day for a month. This can bring back this ability to you.
Ginger: Ginger is used in Indian homes to enhance the taste of tea and food. But the antioxidants present in it is also very beneficial for health. It helps to keep stress away. According to Dr Kohli, consuming small pieces of ginger regularly can improve your ability to taste.
Stay hydrated: According to experts, We should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Drinking water regularly helps in reducing body heat and also keeps your skin hydrated. Therefore, we can regain the ability to taste and smell by consuming more and more water. Water also helps to remove toxins from the body. That’s why doctors advise patients who have recovered from corona to drink more and more water.
